Many people relocating to Colorado imagine the whole state as being
in the Rocky Mountains. To their surprise, Denver, and the surrounding
communities only look at the mountains from relatively flat land.
Mountain life is still very much an option, (and a wonderful way of
life) but only about 10% of homes in the front range area (Greater
Denver Metro area) are actually in the mountains. Most of those areas
are between 30 minutes and an hour from Denver.
Below are links to 2 recordings of interactive tele-seminars in which
various buyer agents discuss the various pros and cons of mountain
life. In addition to the recordings, agents have collectively spent
hundreds of hours putting together pictures, statistics, and various
information to help you learn more about the local real estate market.
We hope you enjoy them.
